Double Scanner Buy A Scanner Or Use Camera?

Buy a scanner or use camera? - double scanner

I get a lot of art on paper and usually invite you to take a picture of her and then, but I get only a 3 megapixel camera and the images usuallycome blurred. Is it worth buying a scanner, and what you pay for a simple, non-scanner does not work with thick paper or two layers of paper?
